Shipping and Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to all terms of the Shipping Policy. In summary, processing times vary by product category, with clothing and shoes typically processing within one to two business days and furniture processing within two to four business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method selected and by destination. All furniture deliveries require an adult signature, and high-value small items may also require a signature. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier for small items, or upon delivery for furniture items. This means that once the carrier has taken possession of your small item order, we are no longer responsible for loss, damage, or delay, except as specifically provided in our Return and Refund Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. For furniture, if you are not available to accept delivery during the scheduled window, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. We do not ship to post office boxes for furniture or other large items due to size restrictions, though some small items may be eligible for PO box delivery.

Returns and Refunds

The terms governing returns and refunds are set forth in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Return eligibility periods vary by product category. For clothing, dresses, bags, and shoes, you generally have thirty days from delivery to request a return. For living room and bedroom furniture, you have fourteen days. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached for clothing and bags, and unassembled for furniture. Non-returnable items include final sale items, clearance items, undergarments, swimwear with hygiene seals, custom-made or personalized items, and gift cards. For damage or defect claims, you must contact us within seven days of delivery and provide photographs. Refunds, when issued, will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees. For furniture returns not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not issue refunds for change of mind on furniture that has been assembled. Any abuse of our return policy, including returning worn or damaged items as new, may result in the permanent closure of your account and a ban on future purchases.
